Do I need to install an app?
No. It works in your phone browser.
What do other patients see about me?
Nothing. They only see how many people are waiting at a clinic.
How accurate is the wait time?
It is an estimate: patients ahead of you times the clinic's average time per patient. A longer consultation can change it.
Will I get a WhatsApp message?
This is coming soon. For now the live status page shows your place in the queue.
Clinics
How do we start?
Register your clinic. After your first monthly payment is confirmed we activate it and you can share your patient link.
Who can call the next patient?
Only someone who knows your clinic's staff PIN.
Do tokens reset every day?
Yes. Numbers start from 1 each day, separately for every clinic.
Can we choose not to be listed?
Your clinic is shown in the area list only after activation. Ask us if you want a private clinic link only.
