What we collect

• Patients: name and mobile number when you take a token, and the token itself.
• Clinics: clinic name, area, city, owner name, owner mobile number and a staff PIN.

Why we collect it

To create your token, show your place in the queue, let the clinic call you, and operate the service.

Who can see it

• The clinic you take a token from can see your name and number.
• Other patients can only see counts of waiting patients and estimated times.

Storage and sharing

Information is stored with our database provider. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete your information once contact details are published on the Contact page.
