Choose your area

Pick the area you are in. You see the clinics there with their current wait, shortest queue first.

Get your token

Enter your name and mobile number. Your queue number appears immediately.

Follow your place

The page refreshes every 15 seconds and shows who is being served, how many are ahead of you, and your estimated wait.

Go in when called

When the receptionist calls your number, the page tells you it is your turn.

Good to know

  • The wait time is an estimate based on the clinic's average time per patient. A long consultation can change it.
  • Plan to arrive when only one or two patients are ahead of you.
  • You only see how many people are waiting, never other patients' names or numbers.
  • QueueEase is not for emergencies. If it is urgent, go to the nearest emergency room.
