The service
QueueEase provides a token and queue system for clinics and a way for patients to follow their place in the queue.
Not for emergencies
Do not use QueueEase for urgent or emergency care. Go to the nearest emergency room.
Estimates
Wait times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Clinics
- Clinics must give accurate details and keep their staff PIN private.
- Clinics are responsible for how their staff use the queue.
- Access is a monthly subscription, activated after payment is confirmed. [Pricing, refunds and cancellation to be defined]
Patients
Give your real name and mobile number so the clinic can serve you. Do not take tokens on behalf of others without their knowledge.
Changes and suspension
We may update these terms and may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
